See every Etsy fee on a sale, your deposit and your profit. Built for US shops paid through Etsy Payments to a US bank account.

What do you want to know?

The starting numbers are an example, not market data. Replace them with your own. Sales tax matters because eBay, Etsy, Depop and Whatnot charge part of their fees on it. US sellers and US marketplaces only.

Pro: profit tracking across every platform

Upload the sales CSVs you already export from eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, TikTok Shop and Whatnot. Pro matches each sale to its fees and your item cost and shows true profit per item, per platform and per month in one table. It also emails you when a platform you sell on changes its fees.

This is an early project. We will only email you about the Pro version.

How Etsy fees work in 2026

Example

A $40 item with $8 shipping charged, a $10 item cost, $8 actual postage and 7% sales tax: Etsy fees come to $5.11, your payout is $42.89 and your profit is $24.89.

Why Etsy fees feel higher than 6.5%

The 6.5% transaction fee also applies to shipping, and the 3% processing fee applies to shipping and sales tax. Add the flat $0.25 and $0.20 and the total on a $40 sale with $8 shipping is $5.11, about 11% of what the buyer paid before tax.

The fee is capped at $100 per order. On the example sale a 15% Offsite Ads fee adds $7.20. Tick the box above to include it.
